Vintage Fruit Pie Recipe Baking Dishes, Choose from Lemon Meringue Pie Plate or Cherry Pie Plate
1. Lemon Meringue Pie - this baking dish features a beautiful picture of yellow lemons above a recipe for lemon meringue pie. The edge of the pie plate is yellow to match the lemons and the sides of the dish look like a basket weave crust. No maker’s mark. It is in very good vintage condition. Measures 9 7/8” in diameter from edge to edge and 1 5/8” H.
2. Cherry Pie - this baking dish features cute red cherries with green leaves and the words cherry pie in brown with green accents above the recipe. Maker’s mark reads Mount Clemons Pottery, Made in China, for Action Industries, Inc. Measures 10 1/8” in diameter from edge to edge and 1 5/8” H. Good vintage condition, with some surface wear starting to show on the graphics, as pictured.
