Vintage Chinoiserie Patterned Blue and White Vase / Vessel with Repeating Koi / Carp on a Background of Foliage and Berries
This stunning blue and white Chinoiserie vase has a repeating pattern of koi fish (carp) on a background of sprays of foliage with berries. It measures approximately 12” H x 7” W and the opening at the top is 3 1/2” in diameter. There is a decorative transferware pattern at the rim and base of the vessel. This vase is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. It would make a wonderful addition to your Chinoiserie collection, paired with ginger jars or blue and white plates. It would also make a beautiful centerpiece with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers.
