Exquisite Vintage Dayagi Brothers Brass and Green Marble Patterned Enamel Pitcher / Ewer / Vase, Vintage Home Decor, Vintage Kitchen Decor
This incredible vintage pitcher dates from the 1950's and was made by the Dayagi brothers of Israel who were known for designs and colors that were unusual for their time. Measuring approximately 11 1/4" H x 5 1/4" L spout to handle x 5" W at the base, this exquisite pitcher is made of brass with green marble patterned enamel accents. The handle is striking, with a sharp angle and coiled brass accent. The base and neck feature ringed brass accents and handle connectors are large brass spheres. It is a gorgeous piece of handiwork and is in very good vintage condition, with some patina present, as pictured. The bottom does show some signs of wear commensurate with age, as pictured. This can be used as intended as a pitcher or would make a wonderful vase. Though it was made in the 1950's, this piece has a very elegant art deco flair to it though it would also fit well with MCM decor. Maker's mark on the bottom indicates Dayagi Made in Israel.
This listing is just for the pitcher, any staging materials are not considered part of the listing.
